The Opportunity
You will manage a broad and rewarding caseload, including
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and succession planning.
- Drafting complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Probate and estate administration matters.
- Trust creation, administration and taxation.
- Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning.
- Advising on lifetime gifting and wealth preservation strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Supporting business development initiatives and helping to grow the department.
About You
- Strong technical expertise across Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax and LPAs.
- Experience advising high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for delivering first‑class client care.
