A highly regarded and well-established Central London law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join its successful and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor looking to manage their own caseload, take full ownership of files and work on high-quality Private Client matters, while benefiting from genuine long-term career progression.
The Role
You will take responsibility for managing your own portfolio of Private Client matters from initial instruction through to completion.
Your work will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
- Managing files independently from instruction to completion
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Managing client relationships and providing high-quality legal advice
- Liaising with executors, beneficiaries and other professional advisers
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements
About You
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with strong experience managing their own caseload.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing Private Client files independently
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and file-management abilities
- The confidence to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy
- A professional and commercially aware approach
- A genuine ambition to progress within a leading Private Client practice
