The Role
You will take responsibility for managing your own portfolio of Private Client matters from initial instruction through to completion. Your work will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
- Managing files independently from instruction to completion
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Managing client relationships and providing high-quality legal advice
- Liaising with executors, beneficiaries and other professional advisers
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements
About You
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with strong experience managing their own caseload. You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing Private Client files independently
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and file-management abilities
- The confidence to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy
- A professional and commercially aware approach
