Known for its long-standing reputation in prime and high-value residential transactions, the firm acts for high-net-worth individuals, investors, and international clients across London’s most prestigious postcodes. Responsibilities
- Work within a sophisticated and well-structured property team, handling a high-quality caseload with a strong emphasis on prime residential conveyancing:
- High-value freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Prime Central London transactions (including new build and luxury developments)
- Portfolio management for HNW and investor clients
- Residential development matters
- Occasional high-value, property-led commercial transactions
- Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, with early exposure to client relationship management and business development
Career Progression
- Clear and structured progression to Senior Associate and Partnership
- Opportunity to develop and lead key client relationships
- Involvement in strategic growth of the residential property offering

Salary & Benefits
- £75,000 base salary
