The Role
- Assist with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold matters
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- File opening and compliance procedures
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors
- Managing post-completion matters and Land Registry applications
