The Opportunity
You’ll become part of a collaborative and experienced team handling an impressive and varied caseload across both Residential and Commercial Property. Your work will include:
- Prime and high-value residential acquisitions and disposals.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Prime Central London transactions and luxury developments.
- Residential development and investment portfolio work.
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals.
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters.
- Commercial leases, renewals and asset management.
- Property finance and secured lending transactions.
- Acting for high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers and corporate clients.
- Supporting business development initiatives and building long-term client relationships.
This is a client-facing role offering early responsibility, direct Partner exposure and the opportunity to develop your own client base within an established and growing practice.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Property law.
- Experience handling a broad mix of Residential and Commercial Property matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing and commercial transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to client care.
- The confidence to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively within a busy team.
- An interest in networking and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
