Position Summary

The Quality Engineer / Quality Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and continuously improving ISOBAR's Quality Management System (QMS) while supporting quality assurance activities across product design, development, manufacturing, fulfilment, and customer service functions. This role combines quality engineering expertise with quality system administration and plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage quality documentation and records, support audits and certification activities, investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, administer, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Manage document control processes, including procedures, work instructions, specifications, forms, and records.
  • Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of quality documentation.
  • Monitor QMS performance metrics and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of best-practice quality processes across all business functions.
