Due to significant and rapid growth we are looking for two Regional Sales Managers. We are a trusted leader in the supply of premium garage equipment and tools, catering to professional workshops and DIY enthusiasts alike. With a focus on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service, we are now looking for two enthusiastic, driven Regional Sales Managers to join our busy team. This role combines office-based administrative tasks with field visits, allowing for a varied and dynamic workday. It is one of a number of new roles within the business as we expand and develop our strategy for future success.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales in your designated region. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, this role offers a combination of office-based planning and field-based client interaction, providing a perfect balance for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the garage equipment.
- Manage and expand relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the region, including potential accounts and untapped market segments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Stay current on industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience in field sales, within the garage equipment industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to manage your time effectively and work independently.
- A solutions-oriented approach to sales with a focus on delivering value to customers.
- Ability to have technical discussions in a clear, engaging manner.
- Full driving license and the ability to travel regularly within your assigned area.
