We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate IO’s growth across EMEA and AMER. You’ll play a key role in generating pipeline, progressing opportunities, and winning new customers for a platform that helps organisations simplify information security and compliance. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, running consultative conversations, and turning interest into revenue in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new business opportunities across EMEA and AMER through a mix of inbound and outbound activity.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline — from first outreach and qualification through to deal close.
- Run discovery calls and tailored product demos that clearly connect IO’s platform to customer challenges.
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns and follow up quickly on inbound leads.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the buying journey.
- Support multi-stakeholder sales processes while keeping deals moving forward.
- Keep CRM records up to date and contribute to accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Represent IO professionally in conversations, demos, and industry interactions.
