About Us

ISMG is a global media and events company serving the cybersecurity and enterprise IT communities. With 400+ events annually and a network of 2M+ professionals, we connect practitioners and decision-makers through world-class content and experiences.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Conference Producer to lead content strategy and programming for ISMG’s most technical cybersecurity conferences, including Hardwear.io and Nullcon. This role is focused on building high-quality agendas, managing speaker ecosystems, and growing practitioner audiences—not event logistics. You’ll work at the intersection of content, community, and commercial impact, helping shape conferences that are trusted by security researchers, engineers, and technical leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end conference programming (themes, tracks, speaker selection)
  • Manage the CFP process and evaluate technical submissions
  • Build relationships with security researchers, engineers, and technical communities
  • Develop advisory boards and repeat speaker networks
  • Ensure content quality and relevance for a technical audience
  • Partner with marketing and sales to align content with audience growth and sponsorship opportunities
  • Contribute to portfolio growth (new topics, audiences, geographies)

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5–8+ years in conference production, content strategy, or technical event programming
  • Experience working with technical audiences (cybersecurity, engineering, developer, etc.)
  • Strong judgment in evaluating content quality and speaker credibility
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (speakers, internal teams, sponsors)
  • Comfortable balancing content integrity with business goals

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to cybersecurity, hardware security, or offensive security communities
  • Experience running CFP processes or technical speaker programs

Why Join ISMG?

  • Work on globally recognized technical conferences (Hardwear.io, Nullcon)
  • Engage directly with leading security researchers and engineers
  • High ownership over content strategy and event direction
  • Opportunity to shape and grow a global conference portfolio
