The Opportunity
Launch Your Career in Global Events! We’re looking for an ambitious recent graduate or early-career professional to join our Conference Production team. As a Conference Producer, you’ll take ownership of 4–6 international events per year, gaining hands-on experience across strategy, content creation, and event execution. Think of it as a fast-track career at the intersection of:
- Global events
- Content & storytelling
- Networking with senior leaders
- Business strategy
You’ll receive full training and mentorship, while quickly building real ownership and responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Research & Event Strategy
- Explore industry trends and hot topics shaping cybersecurity
- Interview senior professionals and build advisory groups (Steering Committees)
- Design event agendas that attract high-level audiences
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write compelling event agendas and marketing content
- Create thought-provoking topics for C-level audiences
- Contribute to websites, emails, and social campaigns
- Speaker & Network Development
- Identify and connect with senior industry leaders
- Invite and secure speakers for your events
- Build confidence through outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Project Ownership
- Manage full event lifecycles (6–8 weeks per event)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- See your ideas come to life from concept → execution
- Travel & Onsite Experience
- Travel to events (often internationally)
- Run your conference onsite—including opening sessions
- Network with executives and represent the brand
