We host annual summits and conferences across 5 continents, connecting senior cybersecurity leaders from the world’s most recognisable brands with the insights, solutions, and opportunities they need to stay ahead.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic recent graduate or early career professional to join our Conference Production team! As a Conference Producer, you will own complete production of 4-6 summits from start to finish each year. This isn’t just an event manager role, it’s:
- Strategic research
- Copywriting
- Relationship building
- Project ownership
- International travel

What You'll Be Doing
- Market Research & Analysis: Building a Steering Committee and conducting in-depth phone-based research of key subject areas and topics within a specific region or industry. Identifying the target audience and finding out what they want and need to know. Creating a comprehensive conference briefing document and accurately briefing other departments after conducting research.
- Copywriting: Writing promotional copy in the form of a conference programme. Creating relevant, thought provoking and high-quality content attractive to an audience of C-level executives. Ensuring that all sales-driven materials such as websites, emails and LinkedIn posts will maximise delegate interest and attendance. Writing reports that feature interviews of industry thought leaders.
- Speaker Acquisition: Identifying high-level, influential industry thought leaders and inviting them to speak at the conference. Recruiting speakers is done through various methods of communication including cold calling.
- Project Management: Managing a 6-8 weeks’ production cycle. Working with a cross-functional team from several departments: sales (delegate and sponsorship), marketing and operations to ensure the success of the conference. Attending conferences to ensure excellent delivery and smooth running on the day. This will include opening your conference. This is an opportunity to represent the company and to network with key players and speakers within the industry.
