The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Delegate Sales Manager to drive paid attendance and group registrations for ISMG’s global cybersecurity conferences, including Hardwear.io and Nullcon. This is a strategic outbound sales and community development role, focused on engaging cybersecurity professionals, engineering teams, and security leaders to attend and invest in our events. You’ll own pipeline generation, outreach, and conversion—working closely with marketing and event teams to grow attendance and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Drive paid registrations through outbound email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns
- Re-engage past attendees, training participants, and community members
- Identify and close multi-seat / corporate registrations
- Position the value of attending to engineers, researchers, and security teams
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance against targets
- Develop a strong understanding of the hardware and embedded security landscape
- Act as an ambassador for ISMG within the technical practitioner community
What You Bring to the Table
Core Requirements- 3–5+ years in sales, business development, or event/delegate sales
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn)
- Comfortable selling to technical or cybersecurity audiences
- Strong communicator with a results‑driven mindset
- Ability to manage pipeline and hit activity/conversion goals
- Experience selling conference passes, training, or events
- Exposure to cybersecurity, developer, or technical audiences
