Project Manager

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent (Hybrid – 3 days in the office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We\’re hiring for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing digital agency working with ambitious start-ups and established eCommerce brands. You\’ll be responsible for managing the company\’s largest client account, overseeing the delivery of high-quality websites, apps, and bespoke digital projects from concept through to launch.

This is a pivotal role — you\’ll be the bridge between clients and the in-house development team, ensuring communication is clear, deadlines are met, and projects are delivered to spec. You\’ll also take ownership of testing and QA, ensuring all outputs meet exacting standards before going live.

What you\’ll be doing

• Manage end-to-end delivery of web and mobile development projects, from scoping to post-launch.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, translating requirements into actionable tasks for the design and development teams.
• Coordinate workflows across internal teams, running regular stand-ups and ensuring milestones are met.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance before client handover.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships, manage feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

What we\’re looking for

• Proven experience managing digital or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of how
  websites and code
  work — you don\’t need to be a developer, but you should be able to speak their language.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with CMS and eCommerce platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
• Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using project tools such as Jira, , or Trello.
