About the Role
- You will operate within an office environment, where customers preâarrange appointments and attend according to their scheduled times.
- Youâll work independently, delivering highâquality repairs while creating a warm, reassuring experience for every customer who walks through the door.
- Youâll manage stock, keep the basics running smoothly and spot opportunities to boost sales.

- You will be an individual contributor and will report to the area manager.
What Youâll Do
- Repair smartphones and tablets, including screens, batteries and cameras.
- Greet customers, answer questions and offer helpful tech advice.
- Online appointment ownership and managing repairs throughout the week.
