About the Role
- You will operate within an office environment, where customers pre‐arrange appointments and attend according to their scheduled times.
- You'll work independently, delivering high‐quality repairs while creating a warm, reassuring experience for every customer who walks through the door.
- You'll manage stock, keep the basics running smoothly and spot opportunities to boost sales.
- Office locations can be fast‐paced, so you'll need confidence working solo and the ability to stay organised.
- The goal is simple: make your office the go‐to place for quality repairs.
- You will be an individual contributor and will report to the area manager.
What You'll Do
- Repair smartphones and tablets, including screens, batteries and cameras.
- Greet customers, answer questions and offer helpful tech advice.
- Online appointment ownership and managing repairs throughout the week.
- Stock management.
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
- Support sales by recommending accessories and solutions.
What You Need
- Experience repairing smartphones or tablets for brands like Apple, Samsung or Google.
- Hands-on experience repairing smartphones or tablets for major brands such as Apple, Samsung, or Google.
- Clear, friendly communication skills with the ability to support customers.
- Ability to work independently, using your initiative to diagnose and resolve issues.
