About the Role
You will operate within an office environment, where customers pre‑arrange appointments and attend according to their scheduled times. You'll work independently, delivering high‑quality repairs while creating a warm, reassuring experience for every customer who walks through the door. You'll manage stock, keep the basics running smoothly and spot opportunities to boost sales. Office locations can be fast‑paced, so you'll need confidence working solo and the ability to stay organised. The goal is simple: make your office the go‑to place for quality repairs. You will be an individual contributor and will report to the area manager.
What You'll Do
- Repair smartphones and tablets, including screens, batteries and cameras.
- Greet customers, answer questions and offer helpful tech advice.
- Online appointment ownership and managing repairs throughout the week.
- Stock management.
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
- Support sales by recommending accessories and solutions.
What You Need
- Experience repairing smartphones or tablets for brands like Apple, Samsung or Google.
