From smashed screens to dead batteries, you'll be the friendly expert who gets them reconnected quickly.

We are looking for a Lead Head Technician to join our exciting new Milton Keynes location.

You will operate within an office environment, where customers pre-arrange appointments and attend according to their scheduled times.

You'll work independently, delivering high-quality repairs while creating a warm, reassuring experience for every customer who walks through the door.

You'll manage stock, keep the basics running smoothly, and spot opportunities to boost sales.

Office locations can be fast paced, so you'll need confidence working solo and the ability to stay organised.

The goal is simple: make your office the go-to place for quality repairs.

This is an individual contributor opportunity and reports to the Area Manager.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Repair smartphones and tablets, including screens, batteries and cameras.
  • Greet customers, answer questions and offer helpful tech advice.
  • Take ownership of online appointments and manage repairs throughout the week.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory.
  • Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
  • Support sales by recommending accessories and solutions.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Hands-on experience repairing smartphones or tablets for major brands such as Apple, Samsung, or Google.
  • Clear, friendly communication skills with the ability to support customers.
  • Ability to work independently, using your initiative to diagnose and resolve issues.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience managing appointments and prioritising workload effectively. Knowledge of mobile technology, accessories, and device troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing stock and inventory.
  • Confidence identifying sales opportunities and recommending suitable solutions.
  • A passion for technology and delivering great customer experiences.
