Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions and provide expert advice on accessories, refurbished phones and services.
- Help customers find the right solutions, meet sales targets and support promotional events.
- Maintain store displays, manage stock, keep the store clean, tidy, and aligned with the i Smash brand.
- Apply screen protectors, complete basic phone cleaning, assist with device check‑ins and handovers.
- Submit daily standards reports, track sales, and co‑sign returns to the warehouse.
- Handle transactions, follow up with customers and ensure every interaction is a positive one.
