Office Head Technician – Milton Keynes

Role Overview

In this role you will work in an office environment where customers pre‑arrange appointments and visit during scheduled times.

You will repair smartphones and tablets, manage stock, maintain a welcoming environment and support sales of accessories.

The position is an individual contributor and reports to the area manager.

Responsibilities

  • Repair smartphones and tablets, including screens, batteries and cameras.
  • Greet customers, answer questions and offer helpful technical advice.
  • Own and manage online appointment bookings throughout the week.
  • Manage stock and keep essential supplies running smoothly.
  • Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
  • Support sales by recommending accessories and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience repairing smartphones or tablets for major brands such as Apple, Samsung or Google.
  • Strong, friendly communication skills with the ability to support customers.
