As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the first face our customers see, welcoming them, guiding them to the right solution, and making sure they leave with a smile. You will report to the in-store manager.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of iSmash: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide expert advice on accessories, refurbished phones, and services.
  • Drive sales: Help customers find the right solutions, hit sales targets, and support promotional events.
  • Keep things running smoothly: Maintain store displays, manage stock, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and aligned with the iSmash brand.
  • Support the tech team: Apply screen protectors, complete basic phone cleaning, and assist with device check-ins and handovers.
  • Stay organised: Submit daily standards reports, track sales, and co-sign returns to the warehouse.
  • Deliver great service: Handle transactions, follow up with customers, and ensure every interaction is a positive one.
