Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing store team through coaching and feedback.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle escalated queries effectively.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring high operational standards.
- Drive sales performance through strong product knowledge and service.
- Ensure effective stock management and store operations.
- Use performance data to improve store results.
- Support initiatives to grow footfall and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role within a customer‑focused retail or service environment.
- Strong people‑management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs, stock, and promotional activity.
- Confident decision‑making ability in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
