Responsibilities

  • Repair smartphones and tablets, including screen replacements, battery replacements, camera repairs, charging issues and other common faults.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot device issues using technical judgment.
  • Provide clear advice and guidance to customers on repair options and solutions.
  • Recommend suitable accessories and protection products.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
  • Follow repair standards and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience repairing smartphones and tablets, particularly brands such as Apple, Samsung and Google.
  • Strong customer service skills with confidence speaking directly to customers.
  • High attention to detail when handling devices, tools and small components.
  • Genuine interest in mobile technology, gadgets and repairs.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Helpful Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
