Health Care Assistant (Nights). Telford Hall Care Home
- Rate of pay: Β£12.77 per hour
- Contracted hours: 22 (2 shifts),33 (3 shifts) or 44 (4 shifts) per week available
- Shift Times: Nights: 7pm β 7am

We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
What You'll Do
- Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Complete night checks and help ensure residents remain safe and comfortable throughout the night.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records and handovers.
- Promote dignity, independence and choice.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
About You
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
- Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
- Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
- A natural night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert and responsive throughout the night.
- Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
