We are currently looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants to join our daytime team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading care delivery, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and support the care team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care
  • Provide hands-on support to residents, including personal care and emotional wellbeing
  • Manage and administer medication in accordance with policies and guidelines
  • Support the development and review of care plans and risk assessments
  • Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the home, including accurate record keeping
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a senior care role within a residential or nursing home.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A compassionate and professional approach to care.
  • Flexibility to work on a rolling rota including alternate weekend working

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
