Health Care Assistant (Days). Parklands Care Home
- Pay rate: £13.58 per hour
- Hours: 44hours per week (4 shifts), 33 hours (3 shifts per week) or 22 hours (2 shifts per week) available
- Shifts: 8am – 8pm

We're looking for caring, reliable individuals who enjoy working day shifts and are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
What You’ll Do
- Support residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, meals, hydration and daily routines.
- Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Support activities and meaningful engagement.
- Follow safeguarding, infection control and health & safety procedures.
About You
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
- Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
- Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
- Willing to learn and develop through training and support.
