What You'll Do
- Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
- Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Encourage independence and participation in activities.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
- For night roles, help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable and well-supported throughout the night.
About You
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
- Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
- Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
- Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
- For night roles, a genuine night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert and responsive throughout the night.
