Health Care Practitioner. Burscough Manor Care Home
- Rate of pay: £12.88 per hour
- Contracted hours:33 (3 shifts), 38.5 (3-4 shifts) or 44 (4 shifts) per week
- Shift Times: Days: 8am-8pm | Nights: 8pm-8am

We're looking for compassionate and experienced Health Care Practitioner who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
What You'll Do
- Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
- Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Encourage independence and participation in activities.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
- For night roles, help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable and well-supported throughout the night.
About You
- Previous care experience is preferred, but we'll also consider candidates with the right values and attitude.
- Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
- Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
- Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
- For night roles, a natural night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert and responsive throughout the night.
