- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals
- Work as part of a dedicated team delivering outstanding care
What We're Looking For
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive as part of the role
- Passion for supporting others
- Calm, confident approach to challenging situations
- Care experience is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to complete a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care if not already achieved
