We are seeking a Site supervisor/Trainee project manager to oversee general building refurbishment projects in commercial properties across Central London. This role involves managing general building refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines and client budget. A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required.
Duties Key Responsibilities:
- Site supervisor for general building refurbishment projects
- Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Support with company estimating and submit client quotations and proposals
- Attend client meetings.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit client valuations
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset to see tasks through to completion.
Other Requirements:
- Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to commute to and around London required.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday. 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm
