Duties
- We seek an experienced PA to support Associate Deans with managing varied workloads and complex schedules.
- Duties include committee administration—drafting agendas, preparing papers, and recording minutes—plus maintaining office systems for bookings, purchasing, and budgets.
- You’ll assist with projects, occasionally leading elements to ensure timely delivery, while keeping communication clear with colleagues and stakeholders.
- This role suits someone highly organised, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
- You will be educated to degree level or equivalent , with strong PA background in a fast-paced environments.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Co-Pilot, Excel, Word, Power Point), along with excellent organisational, communication, and written skills.
- You’ll demonstrate discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail, with experience in committee support, budget management, and handling sensitive issues.
- Ability to prioritise conflicting demands, work independently and collaboratively, and solve problems proactively is key.
