We're looking for an ambitious Creative Marketing Co-Ordinator who is interested in social media, understands online culture and is passionate about creating content that captures attention and sparks conversation.
Working closely with our creative team, you'll help ideate, plan, capture, edit and publish content across our social media channels.
From filming behind the scenes and editing short-form videos to brainstorming campaign ideas and supporting our digital storytelling, you'll play a key role in growing our social media presence.

Duties
- As a Creative Marketing Co-Ordinator, you'll support the team across a variety of creative projects by:
- Create, capture and edit engaging content for social media across our platforms alongside our social media team.
- Support the planning and scheduling of content across our social media platforms, ensuring content is timely, engaging and aligned with objectives.
- Attend classes, workshops and events to capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, photography and day-in-the-life content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm social-first content ideas, campaign concepts and digital storytelling opportunities.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, creators and cultural conversations to inspire fresh and relevant content.
- Write engaging captions, assist with community management and help grow audience engagement across our digital channels.
- Assist with basic video editing, graphic creation and asset organisation for social media using industry-standard creative software.
- Support the planning and delivery of content collaborations, influencer partnerships and promotional campaigns where appropriate.
- Help maintain an organised library of video, photography and digital assets for use across future marketing and creative campaigns.
- A storyteller with a strong eye for visual content, trends and creative ideas.
- Confident using platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In and You Tube, with an understanding of what makes engaging content.
- Comfortable filming, photographing and creating content in fast-paced environments, including live events and productions.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Organised and able to manage multiple content deadlines and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a good understanding of branding, tone of voice and audience engagement.
- Passionate about social media, digital culture and creating content that captures attention.
- Have experience creating content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube or other social media platforms.
- Have basic photography, videography or content capture skills.
- Have experience editing videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Cap Cut or similar.
- Have used Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other creative design tools.
- Have experience writing engaging captions or short-form copy.
