Artisan People is thrilled to recruit the team for an exciting new opening in King's Cross! We are seeking Visitor Experience Hosts (AI Explainers) to be the welcoming faces and interactive guides at The AI Exchange. Located in a landmark new development in King's Cross, The AI Exchange is a brand-new public space dedicated to deepening understanding of artificial intelligence. It's a welcoming community space where visitors can explore AI and its impact on society through free educational programming, interactive exhibitions, and cultural events.

As an AI Explainer, you will be the heart and voice of this space from day one! Whether this is your very first job or you bring experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, museums or youth work, if you have a visitor-first mindset and a passion for people and technology, you'll fit right in. Don't worry if you aren't an AI expert - we will provide a full, structured onboarding and training programme before stepping onto the floor - but a passion for learning and exploring AI is essential.

  • A passion to learn about AI: We're looking for people with a genuine interest and curiosity in emerging technology, innovation, and how tech impacts everyday life.
