We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team on capital programme delivery including work on High Risk Buildings. The role sits in our Capital Delivery Team and offers the chance to work on our major works cyclical refurbishment programme which will include Fire Safety Works, Cyclical Decorations and Repairs, Kitchen and Bathrooms replacement, M&E component replacement, and retrofit improvement works. The role also includes works on the borough wide High Risk Buildings, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act. The majority of these work streams will be delivered through existing Term Partnering Contracts. It is an exciting time to join with an increase of capital budget to £97 million per year over the next five years to deliver our capital programme with our in-house professional teams and term contractors.
