Overview
Outreach Support Practitioner role at Islington Council, Bright Futures family support service. The successful candidate will work closely with schools and community venues to offer information, advice and guidance to families within the borough. They will hold drop-in surgeries as well as assisting in the outreach support offer within the team.

About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual with strong skills in advice and guidance, and in supporting children and families.
