Join our Service Delivery Team within Estate Services as a Mobile Team Supervisor. We seek a motivated, highly organised and ambitious individual with great attention to detail. This role requires working independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Service Delivery Manager for resource allocation of the mobile/relief caretaking team and Estate Operatives.
  • Supervise and line‑manage mobile caretakers, including work allocation, staff rotas, monitoring and corrective action, leave authorisation and absence management.
  • Maintain accurate records on caretaking, service charges, performance monitoring, sickness absence, risk assessments and all team records.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including PPE use, chemical and equipment safety, and incident reporting.
  • Resolve issues creatively, sensitively and in line with procedures.
  • Monitor tasks to ensure services are delivered to the correct frequencies and standards.
  • Deputise for and assist the Service Delivery Manager as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in estate or site services, mobile or relief caretaking, or related health and safety environment.
  • Strong line‑management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and correct use of PPE.
  • Capability to maintain accurate records and manage performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑resolution skills.
