Hargrave Park School is a one and a half form entry primary school with Children's Centre facilities situated in the heart of Archway. Our school motto is "We Aim High".
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Under 3’s Phase Lead to work in our Children’s Centre facilities, under the direction of our Assistant Head teacher for Early Years. We are looking for committed practitioners who will demonstrate our school values of: Independence, Respect, Kindness, Ambition and Resilience.
Our Children’s Centre facility provides childcare and education from 6 months to 3 years; from 8am to 6pm, all year round. The provision was graded as Outstanding in our last OFSTED and continues to be of very high quality and very popular with the community. Many of the children in the provision move into the main school Nursery and Reception.
As the Under 3’s Phase Lead you will work closely in partnership with our Assistant Head teacher for Early Years; supporting the leadership and management of a team of Early Years Educators; ensuring a provision that maintains a stimulating and nurturing environment where caring and positive relationships between children and key workers are built whilst working in partnership with families.
