Home Ownership Services is responsible for the consultation, calculation, billing and collection of service charges, and the management of leasehold properties.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Service Charge Calculation team. The Service Charge Calculations Team calculate and invoice annual service charges (including building insurance and ground rent), shared ownership rent and other leasehold recharges across a residential and commercial portfolio.

Required Experience

We are looking for someone with experience in service charge calculation and leasehold management. You must have strong customer service, numeracy and administrative skills, and you must be a good team player.
