Senior Early Years Educator - Ambler Primary School and Children's Centre

You will deliver high-quality, child-centred care and education, model excellent practice and support colleagues to create a nurturing, inclusive and language-rich environment where every child can thrive.

Hours: A range of shifts between 8am and 6pm, all year round.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Excellent communication and organisational, with the ability to support and inspire colleagues.
• A genuine passion for working with young children, with patience, empathy and a nurturing approach.
• Strong knowledge and experience of delivering high-quality care and education for babies and young children.
• A secure understanding of the EYFS and the ability to plan and deliver engaging experiences that meet children's individual needs.
• The ability to observe, assess and document children's learning and development effectively.
• The confidence to model excellent practice, work collaboratively and contribute to whole-school priorities and initiatives.
• A commitment to improving outcomes for all children and families, including through effective multi-agency working.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and relevant policies and procedures.
