Join our dedicated team in making a difference in the lives of Islington's children and families at Bright Futures family support service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to take on the role of Outreach Support Practitioner within our Bright Futures family support service. If you have strong skills in advice and guidance, and supporting children and families this is the opportunity for you. The successful candidate will work closely with schools and community venues to offer information, advice and guidance to families within the borough. They will hold drop-in surgeries as well as assisting in the outreach support offer within the team.
