An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Service Delivery Team within Estate Services as an Operations Facilitator. We are seeking a motivated, highly organised and ambitious individual with great attention to detail. This role will require individuals to be able to work independently and as part of a wider team, ensuring Estate Services teams are provided with the highest levels of support to manage caretaking, grounds maintenance, refuse and recycling services, repairs and health and safety requirements on our estates.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible to the Principal Operations Facilitator, for the provision of administrative and support services to the Estate Services teams
  • Ensure Estate Services Teams are provided with the highest levels of support to manage caretaking
  • Monitor complaints and service requests, analyse data and provide qualitative and quantitative reports
  • Work flexibly to support delivery of Estate Services
  • Raise communal repairs and follow up any repairs related issues
  • Undertake projects as directed
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and outside agencies to respond to the wide range of estate management queries.
