In this dynamic role, you will lead innovation and improvement across Homes and Neighbourhoods—empowering teams to deliver equitable, inclusive, and accessible services that make a real difference. As Business Systems Lead, you will manage impactful housing projects, develop smart technical solutions, and drive data quality to improve outcomes for residents. You will work with a wide range of colleagues across the council, fostering collaboration and embedding cultural change. With a varied and rewarding workload, you will engage with staff, streamline systems, and shape services around resident needs.
