About The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Litigation and Compliance Team for a dedicated, enthusiastic and competent Employment lawyer. The primary function of the post will be to provide high level and proactive employment law advice and assistance on a varied caseload. This will include conduct of claims in the Employment Tribunal, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, advising on rights and obligations, and in respect of TUPE.We are looking for a lawyer (solicitor, barrister or FILEX) with a thorough knowledge of employment law and experience in the legal profession.
