Actual Salary: £21,976.51 - £23,363.31 per annum

Are you a reliable quick-thinker looking for a part-time position? Do you enjoy solving problems, planning, organising and working with people? We are seeking to appoint a well-organised and resilient person with good IT skills to join our friendly, supportive admin team.
You will be expected:
- To operate the staff cover system under the guidance of the member of SLT: arrive at 7.00am ready to check messages and emails regarding unplanned absence; enter absences on Arbor MIS and allocate cover staff;
- To produce daily sheet and email out;
- To contact agencies and supply teachers to ensure that every morning they are provided with details of the classes and work set and the school;
- To ensure that agency staff safeguarding checks are received and passed to the Office Lead for recording for SCR;
- To manage other aspects of the cover provision (room changes) on a daily basis;
- To maintain effective and positive communication pathways in the best interest of the students and teachers;
- To liaise with the Senior Leadership team and the Exams Officer to ensure all room changes and cover needs have been planned for;
- To assist with general admin for the school.
Experience of working successfully with school software or evidence of the ability to train is essential. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a school environment and will have good interpersonal skills along with well-developed office skills.
