We are looking for an Estate Services Coordinator who will manage a team of caretakers. The role includes line‑management responsibilities such as training, supervision, health and wellbeing assessments, health and safety compliance, performance and sickness absence management in accordance with Council policy. You will oversee estate services including cleaning, waste management, grounds maintenance, communal repairs, estate improvements and resident participation. The coordinator must ensure estates are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, security and appearance, conduct caretaking, fire safety and repair inspections as directed, and collaborate with partner agencies such as refuse, repairs, new build, tenancy management, community safety and police.

Qualifications

  • Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who can engage residents and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Strong organisational, health‑and‑safety knowledge, calm under pressure and effective communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work weekends on a rota basis with additional enhancement.
