Bright Start Islington seeks a highly motivated Scale 6 Early Childhood Practitioner on a fixed-term maternity cover, full-time (35 hours/week, year-round). You will plan and deliver stay-and-play sessions, travel to Central locality centres, and outdoor spaces, using strong EYFS knowledge to create engaging activities for young children and families.

As a role model, you will support staff, promote inclusive practice, and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive council service for families.
