About The Role

Join our team to help deliver high-quality, community-led services and activities that improve outcomes for local residents. You’ll work closely with residents, community groups, council services, and local businesses to co-design and manage engaging projects aligned with the Council’s Corporate Plan.

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Andover Community Centre, including bookings, income generation, health and safety, safeguarding, and volunteer supervision. You’ll also help create a welcoming environment, provide frontline support and signposting for residents, and assist in monitoring and reporting on the centres impact.
