We’re looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and professionalism to our team based at The Hideout, a community hub for care experienced young people. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent people skills, a professional writing style, and a confident telephone manner
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding organisational abilities and time-management skills
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience in minute-taking and managing meeting records
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Initiative to review and improve administrative processes and systems
- A sound understanding of confidentiality and experience handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with invoice processing and financial procedures
- Flexibility to adapt in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work occasional evenings
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a small team
- A genuine interest in supporting Looked After Children and Care Leavers
- Capability to manage building-related responsibilities
- The ability to manage the building's facilities and liaise with external providers
- Manage office and building supplies
