Islington Council's Becoming A Man (BAM) team seeks skilled counsellors to work in secondary schools with boys aged 12–16. You will deliver group counselling, provide individual support, build trusted relationships and promote social-emotional development in a supportive environment.

You'll collaborate with school staff, maintain records, participate in training and supervision, and follow safeguarding procedures to ensure high-quality programme delivery across the borough.
