About The Role
Salary Grade: Scale 6, Spine Point 18-20
Salary Range: £36,345 - £37,437
Contract: Full Time post, 35 hours/week, All Year Round
To assist in the delivery of high quality childcare and education based on the EYFS curriculum to children aged 0 – 4. Candidates must be able to work shifts on a rota basis determined by the needs of the Centre, which delivers childcare from 8am – 6pm.
Golden Lane Children’s Centre is part of Prior Weston School which is in the modern, purpose-built Golden Lane Campus building. The Campus is an exciting community hub offering educational opportunities to everyone from babies to parents and carers. Golden Lane Children’s Centre plays a major role in this by offering education, services, and support to children under 5 and their families. The Campus is situated adjacent to the Barbican Centre and the lively Whitecross Street market.
We are seeking to employ a 0-3 Room Leader to work as part of our Children Centre team. We are looking for a person who is reliable and flexible, who can show initiative and work as part of a team, and who is committed to our aim of ensuring the best possible outcomes for all children aged 0-4.
